What is Clinical Pilates?

Pilates is a fresh an innovative exercise routine for the whole body with a particular emphasis on core stability, alignment, posture, flexibility, coordination, endurance particularly around the spine. Pilates aims to utilize the deep stabilizing muscles of the spine which are essential in the management of lower back pain, neck pain and postural dysfunction.

Our therapist will firstly undertake thorough assessment to understand a patient’s pathology, which is followed by a coordinated management plan to ensure pilates exercises are completed correctly and supervised at all times.
