Private Health Cover
We are registered for Physiotherapy with all leading health funds like Medibank, Bupa, HCF, NIB and many more. Your account is directly claimed on the spot with our HICAPS system and you only pay the GAP.
Medicare / Bulk Billing
Some chronic conditions are subsidised by Medicare for Physiotherapy and a doctor’s referral is required with a ‘Enhanced Primary Care” (EPC) Plan for Chronic Disease Management (CDM) for claiming Medicare benefit.
Please bring your EPC/CDM referral letter and you can claim your Medicare (Bulk Billing) benefit on the spot with our HICAPS machine.
Other Insurers
We are registered with all other leading insurers and we treat the insurance patients without any payments, you just need to submit your approved claim number and details. We deal directly with your insurer. These insurers include
Veterans (DVA) & Aged Care
DVA (Veteran Affairs) patients with DVA gold cards and aged care patients are covered for all physiotherapy costs.
Payment Options
All major Cards are accepted including all major Credit & Debit cards, EFTPOS, AMEX, VISA, Master, Diner etc. and on the spot claims are given with your Health Cover and Medicare Cards through the HICAPS terminal.
